Downtown’s Green Guardian

Meet the driving force behind beautification and the open-air market.

Debbie Hood watering red flowers with a black watering can

Have you seen Debbie around town? She can typically be spotted in a golf cart tending to the flowers on Main Street.

She is an essential part of why our downtown looks so beautiful lately - not only does she handle the beautification throughout town, ensuring our flowers and plant life are well taken care of, but she is also responsible for organizing the first annual downtown Open Air Market each Thursday in front of the band shell.

Deb makes our town a little brighter every day, and we are grateful for her dedication and expertise. If you see her around, be sure to wave and say thanks for all the hard work she does to make our community so much more beautiful.
