The Knight Owl Sportsbar is a welcoming lunch and dinner spot for residents, families, and travelers looking for a slice of daily life in Norway, Michigan.

With spacious indoor-outdoor seating options and a popular menu including oven-fired pizza, chicken wings, specialty cocktails, and Friday night fish fry, "The Owl" has been a neighborhood fixture on the north end of Main Street for more than 25 years.

Owner Bob Chartre opened the Knight Owl in 1997, and the bar and grill quickly filled a sports bar need in Downtown Norway. The Knight Owl supports local team sports and is a regular stop for outdoor enthusiasts thanks to its convenient location near the Tri-County Snowmobile and ORV trails and bike paths connecting to the Dickinson Trail Network trail system.

Knight Owl's atmosphere is laid-back and fun. It's a place where friends can relax and catch up over lunch and a beer at the bar, families can have an authentic Friday night fish fry on the patio, and couples of all ages can enjoy dinner out any night of the week.

The Knight Owl serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with pickup and delivery options available. Local menu favorites include the famous steak sandwich, porketta, brick-oven pizzas, and calzones, angry fish or shrimp tacos (served angry or really angry), and all-you-can-eat chicken wings on Wednesdays. Fish offerings on Fridays include perch, cod, shrimp, and brick-oven baked salmon.

The Knight Owl also offers weekly theme night specials, such as Dog House Mondays serving Chicago-style hot dogs and Mexican Tuesdays serving wet burritos, chimichangas, nachos, and more.

The full bar has ample seating and multiple tv showing live sports and games. Pay special attention to the wall of fame, featuring the many famous and locally famous patrons who have come in to enjoy a night at The Owl over the years. 

First-time visitors should be aware that the Knight Owl is packed on Wing Wednesdays and Fish Fridays, especially in the warmer weather months where the patio seating is a perfect way to enjoy a summer evening out with friends.
