Since its purchase by David Brisson in 1992, Loadmaster has been on a steady growth trajectory, recently investing $1.2 million into a state-of-the-art 12,500-square-foot paint facility. This cutting-edge addition exemplifies Loadmaster’s dedication to consistent innovation and commitment to the local economy.

Loadmaster turned to local expertise, employing the services of General Concrete, Superior Steel, G. Brooks Electric, Valley Mechanical, and Great Lake Fire Protection to construct its new paint facility. Loadmaster not only bolstered local businesses but also ensured that the facility was built to the highest standards of quality and safety, yet another example of their positive impact to the local community. 

Currently, the company is hiring welders, painters, and fabrication workers, looking to add 40-50 jobs in the Norway community, with roughly half of those positions in the new paint facility. Loadmaster operates on a two-shift schedule, offering flexibility with a Monday-Thursday schedule or Friday-Sunday schedule, with all shifts offering full-time 40 hours per week. This approach ensures a balanced work-life schedule for employees while maintaining high productivity rates. 

Loadmaster’s influence and recognition expands beyond Norway, MI. Its trucks can be found across the United States in cities like Chicago, Minneapolis, Buffalo, Charlotte, Tampa, Austin and Indianapolis, demonstrating Loadmaster’s nationwide commitment to delivering quality and reliable products.
