Mike's Furniture sells a huge selection of furniture, mattresses, and home decor at its historic corner location in Downtown Norway.

Owner Mike Boileau opened Mike's Furniture in 2010 after making a career managing furniture retail businesses. The enormous showroom is housed in a turn-of-the-century department store, and this history is quite evident when first entering.

"When we were first looking for places to start the business, I knew the building, I knew the town, and I have always appreciated how Norway is very supportive of its local businesses," remarked Boileau, saying the building was one driving force in his decision to open Mike's Furniture.  “We're right on the corner with the only light.”

The first floor of Mike's Furniture is dedicated to living rooms with an extensive display of sectionals, sofas, and recliners from manufacturers such as La-Z-Boy and Ashley, as well as area rugs, lighting, wall art, and other home decor items. The second floor features entertainment centers and home office furniture. The third floor is devoted to bedroom sets and dining sets. No matter your personal style or taste, Mike’s offers something for everyone, from traditional to contemporary. 

Unlike other furniture stores, at Mike’s Furniture, all display models are available to take home with you on the same day. Special orders are also available as well as home delivery. 

Mike's Furniture attracts a loyal base of customers living locally and across the region. When asked what he likes most about doing business in Norway, Michigan, Boileau says, "Between the people and the local government, it's a very business-friendly environment, support like that makes a big difference."
